Changing Your Information
Because we want our Users to feel completely comfortable using the HCIS Site, we provide you with various opportunities to control how the information you provide to us is used.
To unsubscribe from a Subscription, follow the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any email we send you. You will not receive any further communication from us within one week of us receiving your request.
To have us cancel your account, send an email request to info@healthcareintegratedservices.org. Be sure to send this message from the email address you provided us in your registration.
If you would like to change any of your Contact Information in our database, you can do so by logging onto your account and following the directions. This process will automatically change the information contained in our database.
In The Event of Merger or Sale
If HCIS should ever file for bankruptcy or have its assets sold to or merged with another entity, information HCIS receives from you through the HCIS Site is an HCIS asset and may be transferred.
